Fermi paradox

Our solar system is young compared to the rest of the universe.

With billions of stars, and many having a high probability of earth like planets, some may have developed intelligent life.

Even with the vastness of space, the galaxy is old enough for many of these civilizations to have visited the entire Milky Way.

So? Where is everybody?
